An agreement for Kassali Designs, LLC (“Seller”) to sell goods to you (“Purchaser”) is made when we accept your order. Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
All regular items are considered final but can be exchanged for credit within 14 days of delivery, pending piece is unworn and is in ‘new’ condition. Kassali Designs LLC. reserves the right to determine the condition the item is in. All items on sale are considered final and are not subject to exchange of credit, no exceptions.
